We will also host a guest talk by Dr. Javier Castillo Seoane, winner of the ASEVA Award for Best Doctoral Thesis 2025, titled: “Functional nanostructures for light-matter interaction: a vacuum and plasma perspective.” Agenda: Welcome and Opening of the Assembly Introduction and outline of the session’s development. Changes to the Board of Directors Information on recent or upcoming changes to the ASEVA Board. 2025–2026 Activity Report and Future Plans Review of activities carried out over the past year and presentation of proposals for the upcoming period. Financial Report Presentation of the association’s financial status and approval of the accounts. Proposal to Implement a Membership Fee for Individual Members Discussion on the possibility of introducing a membership fee and its conditions. Open Floor (Q&A) Opportunity for members to raise comments, proposals, or concerns. Closing of the Assembly Conclusions and formal farewell.
